Refunds

Last updated 6 November 2026

The short version

Unused credits: refunded on request, within 30 days of purchase, no reason needed. Credits already spent on a rewrite that came back usable: not refundable — you have the result. A rewrite that came back unusable was never charged in the first place.

What "unusable" means here

Before a candidate reaches you it is measured in your browser. If none of the three candidates fits the width you asked for, the credit is refunded automatically and immediately. You will see the balance go back up in the tool. That is not a refund request — it is the normal path, and it does not need an email.

Asking for a refund

Write to [email protected] from the address on the account, with the approximate date. We reply within three working days. Refunds go back to the original payment method through the merchant of record that took the payment — typically 5–10 business days to appear.

What we will not refund

If the site breaks

There is no subscription to pause, so there is nothing to cancel. If a bug eats credits you paid for, tell us the date and roughly how many; the ledger has a row for each charge, so it is checkable and we will put them back.

Chargebacks

Please email first. A chargeback costs more in fees than the pack did, and it is slower for you than a refund — the merchant of record handles both the same way in the end.
